PF/CV is a nonprofit established in 2018 with a mission to foster the development of sociocultural projects in Russia and Europe. In addition to putting together its own collection, PF/CV aims to support cultural initiatives as well as sociocultural and charitable projects across a wide range of genres.

The founding of PF/CV was the outcome of the work of Grigory and Marina Pechersky. They have become household names in the Russian and international art and social contexts, implementing projects in the fields of culture and cultural infrastructure.

Marina Pecherskaya is a founder of the PF/CV, art-collector and philanthropist, former owner of the Pechersky Gallery (Moscow–Monaco, 2011–2017), curator and initiator of major exhibition projects aimed at developing public art in Moscow (Russia), curator and consultant to private collections.
